Friend Referral Form (To be completed by Referred Friends)

Our Friend Referral Programme allows both an existing customer and a new customer to receive a discount code when the referred customer registers with First Swim and books a course of swimming lessons.

Complete the referral form with your details and the email address of the friend who referred you.

Once the form is complete, please read and accept the Term and conditions of the programme and our privacy Notice and click 'Submit Request'. Our team will review applications within approximately 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will email your discount code, which can be entered at checkout when booking your chosen lesson day, time, level, and term.

Should you not recieve an email then please DO NOT resubmit another form and email us at info@firstswimlondon.co.uk and we'll be glad to look into any issues.
