Customer Service Assistant – £13.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our premises while delivering excellent customer service. Duties include welcoming and assisting customers, managing bookings and customer check-ins through our booking system, handling general administration tasks, following daily operational processes, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the site.
Our premises are located in central Twickenham and Chiswick, it would be ideal if applicants are able to work at either site.
Shifts can include weekdays and weekends, with working hours typically between 8:00am and 6:30pm.

Swim Teachers – ££ competitive rates
We are always on the look out for talented teachers who have the necessary STA qualification (Level 2 Baby and Pre-school Swimming), are warm and caring people and who have a real affinity with our customers.
We love teachers who are fun, enthusiastic, and reliable. You will be well-organised, taking time to prepare thoroughly, and will deliver confident, engaging lesson plans that follow our unique scheme of work.
Communication is key, and you will ensure that all lessons are safe, enjoyable, and fun for both children and their accompanying adults!
