2.    All vouchers, discount codes and gift cards are issued by or purchased only at www.firstswimlondon.co.uk. 

3.    Unless stated otherwise all vouchers, discount codes and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the Voucher, discount code or gift card beyond the stated 12 month validity period.

4.    All Gift cards must be purchased in advance of use.

5.    Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards can only be used to purchase items at www.firstswimlondon.co.uk

6.    Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards are used to make either full payment or partial payment at www.firstswimlondon.co.uk. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash

7.    Swim course bookings are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please us the course finder functionality on the www.firstswimlondon.co.uk website to search for and book classes. Purchase of a gift card is not a guarantee of a booking.

8.    Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

9.    All Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards contain a unique code that must be entered at the checkout during purchase at www.firstswimlondon.co.uk

10. Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

11.  Vouchers, discount codes and gift cards are dispatched by email or downloaded, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent or the voucher downloaded and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

12. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

13. For technical queries regarding the website, shopping basket or receiving the vouchers please use the contact us page. If you have opted to receive your voucher via email, please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email notification.

14. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the First Swim Ltd Website www.firstswimlondon.co.uk  and include monetary vouchers.
